Our freight charges are calculated on a progressive tier system.
As your purchase volume increases, the percentage charge decreases. This model enables us to offer fair and advantageous rates, while taking logistics costs into account.

1,700 $ - 2,999 $ = 12 %
3,000 $ - 3,999 $ = 10 %

How long will delivery take?

Manufacturing lead time: 5 to 7 working days
Shipping lead time: 3 to 7 working days

*For orders of 50 units or more, additional lead times may apply.

Where are you located?

Our offices and production facility are currently located in Mirabel, on Montreal's North Shore.

Is there a minimum order quantity for retailers?

There is no MOQ for stretched fabrics, but for rigid fabrics there is a minimum of 25 units.

What should I do if a product arrives damaged or faulty?
