What are your formats?
We currently offer more than 30 different sizes, in 4 layouts:
1. Panoramic
2. Square
3. Vertical
4. Horizontal
Each product page offers specific sizes depending on the layout of the model.

What are your frames made of?
Our canvas stretchers and frames are made of Nordic pine. Ideal for picture frame mouldings, it gives an elegant and modern result.
Where are your products made?
All our canvases are proudly printed and assembled in Quebec.
Where are you located?
Our offices and production workshop are currently located in Mirabel, on Montreal's North Shore.
Is there a minimum order quantity for retailers?
There is no MOQ for stretched canvases, however for rigid canvases there is a minimum of 25 units.
Do you have customized volume discounts?
Volume discounts may be available under certain conditions. For more information, please email jay@olekacanvas.com
Do you offer deferred payment terms?
It is possible to obtain a deferred payment agreement under certain conditions. To find out more, write to jay@olekacanvas.com
Do prices include taxes and shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated according to the amount spent.
Here is our shipping policy:
$0 - $999 = 20%
$1,000 - $1,699 = 15%
$1,700 - $2,999 = 12%
$3,000 - $3,999 = 10%
$4,000 and up = 8%
What should I do if a product arrives damaged or defective?
If a product arrives damaged, a credit note will be added to your account. You can contact jay@olekacanvas.com for damage issues.
